Good breakfast, free internet, friendly staff. Tea supplies in the room.
Room really not clean, bathroom worse. Bad sewer smell in the bathroom. Hotel staff entered my room when I was there, no warning. No hot water in the shower, heater in room insufficient. Cold night!

Hotel closes at 4pm on Sundays, no instructions for how to pick up a key later. Hotel staff entered my room without knocking first. No clean towels given. Poor service overall. Ok for 1 night, but there are less expensive options in the area.

The staff were great, the breakfast was good but the rooms are grubby and threadbare. The hotel is really in desperate need of refurbishment

Staff very friendly and helpfull tea and coffe in room every thing about the hotel was great
Breakfast was poor and over priced went for breakfast and there was not much there as there were only three poeple staying at hotel so the manager had to go and get stuff like milk and other bits other wise I would have no problem staying there again

It did exactly what it said it would. The hotel was convenient, clean and comfortable. It was a transit stop for us and worked perfectly on that basis.
Don't book it if you want a nice location - its not, but in fairness it doesn't pretend to be.

No lift - I was staying on the 3rd floor, with a heavy suitcase. Although I had booked 2 rooms with Booked.net with 2 seperate booking references, the hotel did not seem to have any record of this. English language a bit of a problem booking in. Restaurant was unfortunately understaffed, so after a 15 minute wait with no response, we went elsewhere. Although seemingly a newish hotel, stair carpets were a bit threadbare. Not a particularly 'bad' experience, but not great one after a long day travelling and working. Not a great value for money experience.
